project statement...
Fundemental to our design is the belief that every building is as individual as it's client – even if that "client" is a dog! Essential to our design ethic is our commitment to sustainable architecture and our belief that architecture should make a didactic as well as a physical contribution to the community, embodying a positive union between natural and built environment. To that end, we go to great lengths to ensure that our buildings are energy-efficient and environmentally conservative, and that the materials and products used in their construction contribute to ecological restoration. Hand-in-hand and paw-in-paw, with these environmental ideals, we believe in using materiels responsive to particular climates and settings, creating a comfortable, tactile, and friendly sense of place.
